About Us:
“LuckyDayUK” has been
established to supply high quality Kitchen appliances and
Electrical goods at discount prices directly to YOU. We pride
ourselves on the quick dispatch and speedy delivery of all of
our products which are brand new. We do not sell graded or
damaged goods (unless stated in Auction), nor do we sell seconds
(unless specifically stated). We are a small, Family run
business with years of experience in sales and customer service,
ensuring we provide the very best experience possible to the
most Important person in our business, You.
Terms of
Sale:
We also sell our products
outside of eBay and whilst every effort is made to keep our
stock figures accurate, occasionally an item
that has been ordered may in fact be temporarily out of stock.
In these rare cases we will immediately offer you either: a). A
full refund. b). An alternative Item or c). An alternative
delivery date.
Payment:
PayPal is our preferred
method of payment. If you are collecting your goods in person
then we will accept cash on collection or PayPal before
collection. If you pay via eCheque through
PayPal please note that payments may take up to 10 days to clear
in our account at which point goods will be available.
Collection:
Collections are always
welcome. Please contact us to arrange a convenient time.
Delivery:
Most Items are delivered
on the next working day by 3pm. On the rare occasion that goods
are delayed or arrive damaged we will do our best to remedy this
as quickly as possible in a manner acceptable to all parties.
LuckyDayUK are not responsible for purchased items once they
leave our premises but our couriers do have some level of cover
included within their fees. As such, we do
recommend that you take out extra insurance at the point of sale.
Please contact us to get a quote for the cost of insuring your
purchase during transit. We deliver heavier white goods
throughout the U.K and Scotland.
There is an extra charge
where goods are to be sent to the Scottish Islands, Northern
Ireland, Southern Ireland, Jersey and Guernsey and the Isle of
Wight. Items of less than 31 Kg can be shipped all across the
European Union.. Delivery is chargeable to you at
cost. Please note that it is difficult to arrange transit for
white goods due to their weight and size. We have carried out a
lot of research in order to bring you the best deal possible
with the best couriers. With fuel prices in
such an ever changing state, there may be slight amendments to
delivery charges, without notice, even after the auction ends.
Whilst we do our best to notify you of these changes as they
happen, please note that increases are beyond our control.
Please ensure there is someone to sign for the goods on their
arrival. DO NOT sign for goods damaged by our delivery agents.
Please ask them to return the items immediately. If access to
your property is difficult please inform us of this and also
note that delivery is only to your door.
Should the item be a heavy one, you will need to make your own
arrangements to get it inside the building.
Returns:
You are responsible for
ensuring that upon / at the point of delivery the appliance
meets with the details as set out in the listing from which you
made the purchase. If you are not satisfied that the product
meets with those details then do NOT accept the item. Acceptance
implies that you are satisfied with the overall condition of the
product. We will NOT be held responsible for any damages
discovered once you have signed for the delivery. Your statutory
rights remain unaffected. You will be refunded in full for the
product you return as long as we receive it within 14 working
days of your delivery date and it is in the same condition,
complete with all accessories and packaging, as originally
supplied. The refund will be applied to the customer's original
Payment method. (This does not include any delivery or return
carriage charges, and a restocking fee may be charged.)
Feedback
& Unpaid Items:
We will submit feedback on
buyers upon the receipt of feedback from the buyer in the first
instance. This helps us ensure that your transaction has been
fully completed. In cases where winning bidders fail to pay for
their items, we will initiate eBay's UPI process which can lead
to strikes against your ID and further punitive action from
ebay.co.uk. |
