Returns (All). 14 days from day of payment clearance. You must notify us within 7 days of purchase by message/email about the return. The item must be returned within 14 days of purchase by recorded delivery to prove the date it was sent.
Terms and conditions/returns (celestron only)
If a warranty issue arrises within 8 weeks, we will arrange collection from your address on an arranged date (UK address only). Courier will be paid for by celestron. Please keep origional packaging if possible. Failure to be available on the pick up date will result in a return charge. A return due to a warranty defect after 8 weeks must be returned by the buyer with recorded delivery . If the buyer changes their mind about the purchase, the buyer must notify us by email/PM within 7 days. Item must be in origional unopened packaging with no damage or broken seals. Use recorded delivery only for returns. Return within 14 days.

If you change your mind about the purchase, you must notify us by email/PM within 7 days. Return within 14days. Item must be in as new condition, with all packaging unopended and seals intact. If there is a warranty issue with the item, please contact us first about the problem. All returns are to be sent recorded delivery only.

Warranties only cover manufacturing defects. Misuse/mishandling/dropping and abuse of items not be covered. External housing, eyecups, straps, cases not covered. Warranty claims will be at the descrection of the suppliers. Their word is above ours. The supplier will aim to fix/replace warranty claims within 30 days. Faulty items will be either fixed or repalced. Replacements may be new, or another of the same of a similar age/condition.
*Important* Warranties are non transferable. If selling the item on, the warranty will become invalid. You will need to tell the purchaser this.
International sales. Please note that any customs charges are the responsibilty of the buyer and as sellers we are obliged to declare the full value of the merchandise.
One final note. Just remember you are talking to a human being when you phone us. Not a call centre or "press 1 for", that wants to resolve any situation as much as you. My customers keep me going, and I never forgot that. Thankyou.
