Q: There are things I am not sure about...?
A: The best way will be to email us. We will do our best to answer your emails within 1-2 working days. WE ALWAYS REPLY OUR EMAILS so if you have not heard back from us witin 3 days that means there are problems with the ebay email system (which is not uncommon!). In that case please be patient and send us another email.
Q: Do you offer combined postage discout if I buy two?
A: Yes and no depending on what you are buying, please refer to the listing details of individual item. Again if in doubt please email us.
Q: How quickly will you process my order?
A: We aim to dispatch the items within 1-2 working days after payment is received. If we anticipate any delays we will contact you via email. We are closed on Sat, Sun, and UK bank holidays.
Q: I do not have a Paypal account what other ways of payment do you accept?
A: Although Paypal is our preferred method of payment (even though they are pretty rubbish!) we also accept cash in GBP / Euro / US dollars, postal orders, and UK bank cheques. Pls note that cash and postal orders are to be sent at buyer's own risk, and personal cheques are subjected to clearing.
Q: I am not happy with the item can I have a refund?
Yes but only if the items are unopened/unused, and you will be responsible for all postage costs. You are advised to obtain a certificate of posting from the post office (which is a free service) as proof. Pls email us before returning an item.
Q: The item was damaged / lost in the post can I have a full refund or replacement?
A: Please email and tell us what happened, and we will do everything we can to rectify the problem.
Q: I have been waiting for a long time but my item still hasn't arrived!!
A: First of all please understand that Royal Mail handles 80 million items everyday and it is not uncommon to have things go missing in the system. In this unlikely event please get in touch with us via email.
