Welcome to my ABOUT ME page.

I have a great interest in Ebay as it provides an opportunity for everyone.  I get an immense amount of pleasure in receiving positive feedback,  knowing that you have a happy customer.  I endeavour to ensure that my buyers are fully satisfied and I work hard to resolve any issues.

And of course playing on the computer and reaching all parts of the globe is an amazing feat, having sold to as far away as Australia, then feeling like you know your customers when leaving and receiving feedback.

I endeavour to post your item within one day of payment so that you receive your item as quick as possible without further expense to yourself.

Should you purchase more than one item at the same time please do not pay until I have sent you a combined invoice which gives me the opportunity to give you a further postage discount in the majority of purchases, I cannot give this once you have paid.

I WILL ACCEPT GOODS FOR A FULL REFUND PROVIDED THEY ARE FAULTY INCLUDING PACKAGE AND POSTAGE BUT NOT RETURN POSTAGE. GOODS RETURNED FOR ANY OTHER REASON WILL NOT INCLUDE POSTAGE REFUND, I WILL ONLY ACCEPT RETURNS IF NOTIFIED IN WRITING WITHIN SEVEN DAYS OF RECEIPT OF DELIVERY.  GOODS MUST BE RETURNED PROPERLY PACKAGED AND UNOPENED OTHERWISE A  REFUND WILL NOT BE GIVEN.  GOODS BEING RETURNED AS FAULTY AND NO FAULT IS FOUND WILL INCUR A HANDLING CHARGE OF £5.OO OR 15% OF THE CREDIT VALUE (WHICHEVER IS THE GREATER) AND WILL BE REQUESTED OR DEDUCTED FROM CREDIT REFUND.
