We currently only show prices to UK addresses. For overseas enquires, please contact us first to see if we can ship to your destination.
Please allow 7 working days for delivery. In rare and exceptional circumstances, goods may take upto 21 days for delivery.
All goods will be despatched as registered post or by courier, although selected products may be available for collection.
Preferred payment is by Paypal. We will also accept cheques or postal orders, but will not dispatch goods until funds have cleared, which can be 3-5 days for cheques. Western Union payments are not accepted.
Very occasionally items may disappear in the post. This is completely out of our control, but we guarantee all items will have proof of posting and receipt. We ask that we are allowed up to 21 days to resolve this with the Post Office/Courier before issuing a full refund.
MicroTrader does not manufacture the Products (or where the Products comprise computer software does not publish or license the software) and only sells the Products with the benefit of the manufacturer's, publisher's or licensor's warranty. Warranties will only apply to new items, and only if detailed in the item description.
Any claim by the Customer which is based on a defect in the quality or condition of the Products shall be notified to MicroTrader. Upon notification MicroTrader shall either notify the Customer whether the policy of the Product Manufacturer is to deal with the Customer direct (in which case the Customer shall deal with the manufacturer direct provided MicroTrader gives sufficient details to enable the Customer to do so) or shall advise the Customer to return the Products to MicroTrader in their original UNMARKED packaging together with details of the Customer's name and address. MicroTrader shall not send any replacement Products to the Customer until the Product has been returned. Refund of any postage will only be granted once the Product has been received in original unmarked packaging and the fault/defect has been confirmed by MicroTrader.
Any missing items, be it components or partial shipping of products needs to be reported to MicroTrader within 2 days of receiving and signing for product.

For auction items, a bold price means at least one bid has been received. Note: Anonymous names may appear more than once and may represent different bidders.
