What and why I sell

I used to be a match angler at all levels including National Championships.  I also hold a NFA Regional coaches badge.  More recently I have taken up sea fishing.  I try to sell quality tackle to your average angler.  Not all anglers have hundreds of pounds to spend on gear. But when they do buy tackle they expect it to work and be up to the job.  I have personally tried all the items I sell and if I don't like it I don't sell it! At the moment my range is small.  This is mainly because the limited time I have to checkout the gear before I sell.  The items I am selling however are selling well and with great feedback. So you can be sure I'll want to keep it that way with any new items I add in the coming days and weeks.

Customer Service

Payment
♦ Payment must be made within 3 days unless you have contacted us prior to bidding
♦ A reminder will be sent on day 3 and an Unpaid Item Dispute will be opened on day 7.
♦ We accept  PayPal only unless an alternative method is arranged prior to bidding

Shipping
♦ Small items (under 2 kg) are delivered via 1st Class Royal Mail or Royal Mail Standard Parcels
♦ Items over 2kg are sent via courier and require a signature
♦ We can offer collection only on special arrangement before you bid
♦ We always post within 48 hours of receiving cleared payment.
♦ If items are lost we will investigate and claim with Royal Mail
♦ A replacement will then be offered or a refund

Returns Policy
♦ We are pleased to offer all of our customers a 14 day no quibble returns policy
♦ Please notify us by email  before returning
♦ If for any reason your not happy with your item please return in the original condition and packaging for a replacement or refund
♦ Postage costs are at ALL times buyers responsibility and this will be deducted from refund amount unless an error on our part has occurred
