Your Right to Cancel
You have the right to cancel your order in writing within 7 days of receipt.
We will refund your money less any delivery costs, All we ask is please take care of the goods, ensure all items are complete are in their original packaging, unused and in resalable condition. For your protection, please send items back well packaged and using a recorded delivery service.
All monies paid for cancelled goods will be refunded within 28 days from date of cancellation.
Please note: It is a legal requirement that you take care of the goods and you are responsible for the carriage costs of returning goods to us unless we delivered goods to you in error, or if goods are faulty.
Faulty Goods:
We must be notified of any fault within 7 days of receipt of the goods. If the customer rejects the faulty goods within 7 days then a full refund will be given, providing the goods are returned complete, in all original packaging.
After 7 days We will repair or replace any faulty goods at our discretion. If the fault is not found to be under warranty then the customer must pay all handling/postage charges and any other charges for repairs that may be needed.
