Hi there! I have been on Ebay Since Februaury 2007. As you can see by all my Positive Feedback, All my customers are more than satisfied with any item purchased from me. I do have more than a few repeat customers.
As I also buy the occasional item on Ebay, I know and value great customer service. I treat all customers and potential customers as I would expect to be treated.
When buying from me you can have complete confidence with your purchase. If there ever happens to be a problem, we will work together to resolve it quickly.

Bidders with no feedback
Bidders with no feedback must send me a message prior to bidding. Just tell me you intend to pay if you win the auction, and the method you will pay with. If you fail to do this, your bid may be canceled and your account blocked. Unfortunatly, Quite a few experiences with new Ebayers not contacting me or paying for their won items led to this policy. I would prefer Zero Feedback buyers pay within 24 hours of auction end.
I use Canada Post for my shipping. I usually post an item within 24 hours of receiving payment. I do not over inflate on shipping charges.
I do combine multiple items wherever possible to save or cut down on shipping charges.
US bidders/buyers: please take note that most parcel and light /small packet sized items are shipped Surface, as it's cheaper. Air is available for an extra charge.
Surface items usually take a few extra days (the guidelines say 12 -15 business days, although it usually does not take that long) reason for the possible delay is that sometimes items take a little longer to clear customs.
Insurance is always included, up to $100.00
Canadian bidders/buyers: I make all efforts to ship larger items regular parcel as it's cheaper, and usually arrives in a only a few days anyways. Again, if you want the item sooner I can use a quicker service. Insurance is again always included up to $100.00
All lettermail and oversized lettermail items (such as activity books, coloring books, make up pencils, some DVD's, etc, usually take less then a week to arrive in the US and should only take a few days to arrive within Canada.
I do ship worldwide, although larger parcel sized items are generally more expensive. Smaller or lighter weight items are usually OK price and time wise.
