THE COMPANY

we are a growing family run business that sources all of our products very carefully. We have been trading under the name of MOSAIC DOLLS (UK) since June 1st 2004 and have now successfully achieved our first and main goal, which has been to gain the trust and respect of our continually growing new and regular customer base.

We have painstakingly built up our feedback profile on eBay in order to make it clearly visible to all new buyers who shop with us (on either eBay or our website) that we are above all honest and trustworthy people. Dedicated to giving you all the very best possible quality products at fair and affordable prices. Along with a very good customer aftercare service. Whether you spend 1p or 00.00p with us you will ALWAYS be treated with the same courtesy and respect by our staff.

With a growing number of trusted suppliers and contacts worldwide, we are finding it easier now than in the past to source the many doll related items you need and have asked us for. Quality always takes precedence over everything when buying in our stock. We now have a very good reputation for offering only top quality goods under our own name and would never jeopardize this by offering our customers anything other. You will always be able to trust in future that any item baring our name will be of a good quality and a fair price. We do also sell many products from other trusted suppliers, however these too are tested prior to our ordering and must also come up to our very high standards with regard quality effectiveness and price. Only after trialing a product ourselves do we consider doing business with any manufacturer or supplier.
