Protecting consumer privacy is very important to us. This Online Privacy Statement reflects policies covering personal information collected at this eBay store.

In addition, CGS UK strives to better serve our customers by offering goods and services that we believe fit their needs and interests. For the past 2 years consumers and businesses have relied on CGS UK for safe and reliable service. The relationships we have developed through the years have been established based on mutual trust. Each day we and employees and agents strive to reinforce our commitment to our clients and consumers. Central to that commitment is ensuring that we abide by a set of privacy policies, which are outlined below. These policies guide us in the collection and use of information as well as employee responsibilities in protecting your privacy. We use personal information about consumers only in a manner consistent with these policies.
COLLECTION OF INFORMATION
CGS UK collects personal information in order to offer or provide goods and services to consumers and our customers. We may obtain this information from a variety of sources:
• Directly from customer applications, questionnaires and other materials submitted to us by customers;
• From transactions in which CGS UK and consumers are involved;
• From click thru activity on our eBay store; and
• From a variety of third-party sources, such as our business customers, government repositories, consumer reporting agencies and other financial institutions.
CGS UK does not store personal credit card (or financial) information at any time for orders which are placed over the telephone, through our eBay store or by any other means; Your personal details are not written down and are only used to immediately facilitate the transaction.
DISCLOSURE OF INFORMATION
CGSUK does not disclose customer information to third parties except for the sole purpose of processing financial transactions. CGS UK will not disclose information about its former customers to third parties or companies with which CGS UK is or is not affiliated, with the exception being any third parties we use to financially complete your transaction.
DELIVERY POLICY
We will use Federal Express, UPS, City Link, ANC or Business Post to deliver your parcel. Once your goods have been dispatched you will receive an email confirmation, this email will contain a tracking number and contact details for the relevant courier company.
Someone (anyone) must be at the given address to sign for the delivery between 9-00AM and 5-30PM (for standard Next Day service). Therefore we recommend delivery to a work address where someone is willing to sign for the goods during the working day.
If no-one is available at the address which you have supplied at the time of placing your order the courier will leave a card with details of how to get possession of your parcel. The courier will automatically attempt to re-deliver your parcel the following day (Monday through Friday), after this 2nd attempt you must contact the courier within five days or the delivery will be assumed refused and you will be charged up to a maximum £15. If you need to personally collect your parcel or have not been left a missed delivery card (or lost the card) then please call us on 0208 518 2091.
It is your responsibility to contact the courier once the package has been sent. You will have received an email from us titled ‘Order Change Status: Dispatched’-it may be in your junk email folder. This contains all of the information you require to track your parcel and contact the courier.
If you have not received your parcel in 2 working days please contact the courier first, before contacting us. If you are still having problems then you should contact us on 0208 518 2091. We will not be held responsible if the courier returns the package to us due to delivery issues. We can only help if we know there is a problem early on.
If your parcel has been returned you will be charged a maximum £15 fee (This is a charge levied by the courier) and the shipping cost before it will then be dispatched again.
RETURNS POLICY
We will accept returns of unopened consignments if it is returned it to us within fourteen days of receipt; you are responsible for the all return postage charges and must use an insured, traceable delivery service; we will not be liable for returned orders that are lost before they reach our premises. If the stock is damaged upon arrival at your given address and it was caused by the courier, we will arrange for new product/s to be delivered and the faulty product/s to be collected at the same time and you will not pay a delivery/collection charge.

CANCELLATION POLICY
By law, customers in the European Union have the right to withdraw from the purchase of an item within seven working days of the day after the date the item is delivered. This is generally referred to as a 'cooling off' period. At CGS UK we give you an extra 7 days, so our 'cooling-off' period is 14-days. This applies to all of our products. We regret that we cannot accept cancellations of contracts for products where the item has been opened or tampered with.
RETURNS PROCEDURE
To cancel your purchase within the fourteen-day cooling-off period, please call 0208 518 2091 or email us through eBay, giving the reason for the return. We will then advise you on our preferred method of return - usually we will arrange for our courier to collect at your cost. You are welcome to send back using your own courier as long as you have proof of delivery. Please package the relevant item(s) securely. If you are dispatching it yourself we must receive it within 14- days of the day after the date that the item was delivered to you. You must insure the consignment.
Once the goods have been received back with us they will be inspected and if in good condition you will be refunded the full purchase price. You will not be refunded the original shipping cost. Please note that you are responsible for the costs of returning the items to us unless we delivered the item to you in error, or if the item is damaged or defective.
If you cancel your order before we dispatch your parcel you will be fully refunded any monies paid to us.
