Q.Are all makes of compatible cartridges the same?
A.No,not all compatible cartridges perform to the exact same
standards,quality does vary considerably from manufacturer to
manufacturer.Having been in the consumable business since early 1993,
we know exactly which manufacturers provide the highest quality
products with the best performance.We know that by supplying only the

Q.Will the quality of print be equivalent to that of
the original?
A.Yes,because we only use the highest quality products from Europes
leading manufacturers, you can be certain that the results will be atleast
equivalent to that of the original.
Q.What is meant by Chipped Cartridges?
A.Chipped cartridges are those that come with a small chip on the side. The chips are used to communicate
with the printer to inform it that a new cartridge has been inserted and to keep track of ink levels.
Without chipped cartridges you would be required to buy a chip reseter, but with our cartridges, one of
these is not required. You simply insert the cartridge in exactly the same way you would with original
Epson cartridges.
Q.Will the print life be equal to that of the
original?
A.Yes, in some cases the print life of the cartridge can be in excess
of the originals.
Q.Will using a compatible cartridge void my
manufacturers warranty?
A.No, the original equipment manufacturer cannot void your warranty
simply for using compatible cartridges. In fact there are laws
preventing manufacturers from doing just that. Manufacturers can
however refuse to repair a printer under warranty if it is proved that
a compatible cartridge has caused damage to the printer.Hence our
guarantee!
Q.What is your guarantee?
A.We guarantee that our products will not damage or cause premature
failure to your printer. If as a direct resut of using our compatible
cartridges damage occurs to your printer we guarantee to either repair
or replace the printer absolutely free of charge!
