Can I pay by Cheque, Postal Order or Cashiers Cheque?
We accept all the above, but it does hold the despatch of the order
up because of clearing times. We require a 5 business day clearing period because of the
amount of fraudulent cheques we have received over the years.

Can I pay using PayPal?
YES we accept Paypal and you will have this option to pay by during the checkout procedure. We are a fully registered business user of Paypal and as such you are fully protected by Paypal for the transaction. Please see Paypal Terms and Conditions.

Can I pay using a credit or debit?
Absolutely. We accept all major credit cards and that is how 90% of our
customers pay for their orders. You will have the option to pay by credit or debit card during the checkout procedure or you can

What happens after I have paid for my item?
Orders are normally processed the following day after payment is made Monday to Friday. 90% off our items are despatched within 24 Hours via DHL or with Royal Mail. Once dispatched we then e-mail
you advising of dispatch. Please be aware that in some cases you will need to allow 7 WORKING DAYS for dispatch and delivery. For Garden Furniture Orders please allow upto 21 days for delivery

What shipping methods do you have available?
We send most of our items via DHL. Smaller items are sent via Royal Mail and Garden Furniture is sent via a specialised courier service.

When can I expect my order to arrive?
After your order has been processed and shipped, the delivery firm usually
takes 24 to 48 hours to delivery. If you need your item faster (or even overnight!), expedited
shipping is available at an additional cost.

Do you allow local pickup at your location?
Due to limitations on our Public Liability Insurance we can only allow collection of Car Mats, Flat Pack Wine Racks and Snow Chains. If you are unsure please contact before buying or bidding. We also ask you to call us and arrange a convient time to collect .
