I am an ecstatically happy customer who has bought 6 items of furniture from Newbridge Furnishings.After being badly let down by M&S,Mark and Debbie rescued my family Christmas. M&S took the order and the money on 5th Oct and we had to await delivery, no letter, no email, we waited the 8weeks estimated delivery time and eventually got through on the phone. to my amazement I was told the order had not even been processed, despite having taken £1,479.00 of my money 2 days after taking my order. the furniture was never to arrive.You can imagine my distress after waiting 10weeks and only 7 days to Christmas. Where on earth do I get furniture apart from cheap self assembly junk at this time of year. I thought my Christmas was ruined, I accidently found Newbridge Furnishings on the internet.the quality of item and service is second to none. M&S could learn a lot from them. Thanks a million and good luck in future business.I'm 100% satisfied,A++++seller

DELIVERY.....We now deliver most items ourselves. The delivery charge within 20 miles of Macclesfield is £35.00, delivery to most parts of mainland England and Wales is £50.00, however Cornwall/Devon/Norfolk/Suffolk/west and south Wales £75.00. Please contact me for a quote for Scotland. WE NEED A CONTACT TEL NO TO ABLE TO ARRANGE DELIVERY. We aim to deliver your goods within 4-5 weeks of received payment. If you are not available for delivery when we are in your area, a second delivery date will be offered but this may go past the allocated time. Your goods are fully insured during transit. PLEASE NOTE THAT THIS IS A ONE MAN DELIVERY AND HELP WILL BE REQUIRED TO UNLOAD. Our driver will happily assist getting your furniture into your desired room, HOWEVER THIS IS AT YOUR OWN RISK. WE DO NOT ASSEMBLE THE FURNITURE (WHERE REQUIRED), SORRY. Personnel, happy and professional service guaranteed. HAPPY TO COMBINE DELIVERY COSTS ON MULTIPLE PURCHASES. Alternatively you may wish to collect yourself or send your own courier. This is fine, BUT we do require 48 hours notice of collection. We cannot guarantee there will be anyone available to assist with the lifting when you collect as our driver may be out delivering. Unfortunately we are not available on a sunday for collection. Please note that many of our goods are ex-display models/factory seconds/surplus stock, or discontinued lines or fabrics. Because of this there may be blemishes on some of the goods, we do try our utmost to mention all/any marks in our listings, if indeed there are any to mention. However, all our goods are brand new. We sell major high street brands, directly to you at approximately half price and less. REMEMBER If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, we are happy to exchange goods free of charge. Refunds can be issued but we do not refund the delivery costs. Goods must be returned within 7 days of delivery and be in the same condition in which they left us. Do examine goods on arrival and refuse them if you are not happy with them, otherwise a collection fee will be charged. Quality Factory seconds etc at low prices. REMEMBER......THESE GOODS ARE A FRACTION OF THE HIGH STREET PRICE FOR A REASON
YOU CAN RELAX AND BUY WITH CONFIDENCE WITH US AS WE OFFER A FULL REFUND ON THE GOODS PURCHASED IF YOU ARE NOT ENTIRELY SATISFIDE. (GOODS MUST BE RETURNED WITHIN 7 DAYS)
Please note that we will call you approx 5-6 days before we hope to deliver to you to let you no the day and an approximate time slot. If this is not convenient then we will offer to deliver the next time we are in your area, however this may over run the 4-5 weeks. Our driver will be on his own and help will be required to lift your goods off the truck and to your property. We are only insured to delivered goods to your door, however as a good will gesture, our driver will happily assist you with the goods inside your home BUT, this is entirely at your own risk. Any damage incured to the furniture or property is not our responsibilty and we can not be held responsible, the driver enters your property at your risk.
