Hi, my name is Nick and I the run The Guitar Strap Shop on eBay. I have possibly the largest range of guitar straps for sale on line in the UK. I mainly stock the following makes, Fender, Gibson, Perri's, Planet Waves, Harmony and Onori. New lines are constantly been added. Some of the designs are exclusive and some are my own designs.

I also stock guitar picks by famous makes. Many of the Harmony picks are exclusive and many are my own designs. Again new designs are constantly been added.

Frequently Asked Qustions

Do you have a shop I can visit?

No. I only sell on line. That way you get a large selection at a very competitive price.

Can I collect my order?

No. I do not allow collections. Terms are strictly mail order only.

Do you offer postage discounts?

Yes. I charge £1.95 for shipping on most straps. A few cost more due to weight. As a guide two straps would cost about £2.95. I do not make money out of shipping. Yes the postage is a bit less, but when you take into account the Paypal fees, high quality Jiffy bags etc. I just about break even on shipping.

How fast do you ship?

Orders are posted by 1st class post only. All orders are posted the same or next working day. It all depends on the time of day I receive the order and how busy I am. I have a postal collection at 2pm each day. The early collection means most items arrive the next day. Please see my feedback re speed of delivery. I also send an E mail out when your order is put into the postal sack.

Why do you only ship to the UK?

I have to comply with UK tax laws. If I sold outside the UK there would be a danger of going over the limit for VAT. I am a sole trader and its much easier to trade under the VAT limit. So for this reason I only sell to the UK.

I want a particular strap can you get it or make it for me?

Yes it is possible. The bad news is the minimum we can have made of a strap is 25. The lead time for most straps we have made is 3 - 6 months.

I notice you do many exclusive designs for guitar picks. Can you get some made for my band if I send you some designs?

Yes. Send me a message through eBay messages with what you have in mind and I will be able to give you an idea of cost. As a guide you would be looking at £12.00 for a printing plate making. Then it depends on colours of ink and colours of picks. The printing plate is a one off fee and will be stored for future use if needed.

In order to comply with UK E-Commerce law, all sellers have to show their business details. This is a legal requirement. Beware of any seller who sells on eBay as a business, no matter how small and does not show their details. They are probably trying to hide from HM Revenue & Customs. My details are below.
