Payment policy Payment for all order is required within three working days. PayPal is the preferred payment option, although I do accept cheques. In the case of cheques, these take up to ten working days to clear and your order cannot be sent until ten working days after receipt has passed. Delivery policy All items are sent by a signed-for courier service. It will be necessary for someone to be available to sign for the goods on receipt. In the case that nobody is in at the time the courier calls, the driver should leave a card. You will need to follow the instructions on the card. Receiving and signing for goods It is ESSENTIAL that you check the package BEFORE you sign for it. If you see ANY problems, then you MUST sign "package damaged" on the courier forms. If there is damage to an item and it is NOT signed for in that fashion, it is difficult to claim from the courier. Warranty policy All new items are covered by a standard warranty as issued by the manufacturer. Returns policy If an item is damaged in any way, please contact us via "my eBay" or by telephone. We will work with you to resolve the matter. Should you decide that, upon receipt, you don't want the item, then you are entitled to request a return within seven working days. A refund for the value of the goods only will be made upon receipt with us, however you will be responsible for carriage costs in both directions. Any returned item must be in its original packaging and unopened and unused. |
