ABOUT US:
Nitelife has retail stores and have also been trading online since 2001. All products we sell on ebay are either end of line clearence products, ex display products, branch overstocks or customer returns. All items we sell are brand new with tags unless otherwise stated in the auction.
End of line clearence products: Items now discontinued with our supliers and will not be remade this is the last chance to buy.
Ex Display Products: Items that were previously used for display in our retail stores, all items will be new and unworn but may have been tried on for size.
Customer Returns Products: Items that were previously sold via our internet website and returned to us for many reasons which may be due to error in customer sizes, colour or simply becuase the customer had changed her mind, all items will be new and unworn but may have been tried on for size.
Branch Overstocks: Often our buyers make errors and purchase large volumes of stock for our stores, Items under this catagory will be brand new, sealed packets, perfect condition and are on ebay simpl because we have too many in stock.
DELIVERY:
All items that you see for sale on ebay are in stock and available to post immediatly upon us recieveing payment. The goods may be dispatched from one of our retail stores or from our delivery depot usually either Aberdeen or Leicester. We usualy post via royal mail fist class recorded, Fedex or ANC Couriers. Please see auction listing for postage options.
All items are sent in plain packageing
EMAILS:
We will always respond to your emails within 24 hours (excludeing weekends) If you have emailed us and have not yet had a reply please check your spam filter and resend us the question along with a direct email contact, we will always reply to your emails.
FEEDBACK:
Feedback is left automatically via our automated system on reciept of feedback from the buyer, if you want to keep your feedback from us private, please do not leave us any feedback as the system will automatically leave you feedback once you leave us feedback.
RETURNS:
We want you to be happy with your purchase, if for any reason you wish to return it please return it to us in the same condition that you recieved it within 7 days and a refund will be applied you your account. We cannot refund any postage and we cannot accept any item that has been worn for a return.
EXCHANGES:
Unfortunitly due to the constant change in stock we sell on ebay we cannot offer an exchange for an alternative item size or colour, however you are more than welcome to return any item you buy for a refund, You can then choose should you wish to bid on any other item or not.

Important Information Regarding Copyright:
All nitelife images are the intellectual property of Nitelife limited and may not be used without prior permissions from us. The nitelife collection is endorsed by playboy model Lisa-Marie Bourke, any sellers found to be illegally copying our images to sell a cheap imitation product will be reported to the police for selling counterfeit goods and we will take legal action to claim damages against anyone who uses our images without our prior permissions.
