ODL Packaging is a family run business set up in November 2006 based in Staffordshire. All of our products are newly manufactured and we are always looking to introduce new items to our growing product range.

Terms & Conditions

1. All transactions through Ebay are a legal contract of business.

2. As soon as you have committed to buy using the option provided by Ebay you have chosen to complete the transaction and pay for the item to ODL Packaging.

3. ODL Packaging upon receipt of an order is committed to supply you with the item and to complete the transaction.

4. All payments must be received within 7 days of the time of the order being placed.

5. ODL Packaging must be informed of any problems with payment via Ebay messages or by contacting them at odlpackaging@yahoo.co.uk.

6. 7 Days After an order has been placed if no payment has been received and no explanation has been sent to ODL Packaging, ODL Packaging will file for an Unpaid Item Dispute. This could result on you receiving a strike against your Ebay account.

7. As soon as payment is received ODL Packaging will leave positive feedback on your Ebay account.

8. We will make every effort to keep you fully informed of the progress of the transaction, notifying you by email through your Ebay email address when your order has been received and processed and again once we have dispatched your goods. These emails are set up through an automation function through Ebay so please let ODL Packaging know if you do not receive these communications.

9. All of the goods we sell are newly manufactured.

10. Due to recycled plastic properties the material may change slightly in colour and texture from one order to the next but ODL Packaging ensure that the quality will never drop below the standard that we would want to sell to our customers.

11. All orders will be dispatched within 24 hours of being received unless ordered on a Saturday or a Bank Holiday Weekend.

12. In the event of a delayed or lost parcel ODL Packaging cannot be held responsible, The Royal Mail does not class a parcel to be lost until 28 days. ODL Packaging will file for a claim with the Royal Mail for a lost parcel and claim the price of the contents sent.

13. ODL Packaging pride themselves on their Customer Service, so please feel free to contact us at anytime and we will endeavour to respond and help as quickly as possible.

UK Postage

Please note weight restrictions, any package weighing over 2kg will have a free upgrade to 1st Class.

Due to weight and size restrictions some orders may be split into separate parcels.

1. Royal Mail 2nd Class

We offer this as a FREE service.

The Royal Mail state they aim to deliver within 3 working days after the day posted.

2. Royal Mail 1st Class

A small charge may added for this service, please see the individual listing page for this charge.

Combined orders weighing over 2kg will qualify for a free upgrade to this service

The Royal Mail state they aim to deliver the next working day.

3. ParcelForce 24

A small charge may added for this service depending on the location, please read the individual listing page for this charge.

Combined orders weighing over 4kg may qualify for a free upgrade depending on the delivery location, please read the individual listing pages.

Parcelforce guarantee a next working day delivery.

Dispatch Times

At ODL Packaging we appreciate that as a mail order business our customers would like their new purchase to be with them as soon as possible. That is why we offer a morning and afternoon dispatch.

See guide below for typical Royal Mail dispatch times.

Monday - Friday

10:00 am - All the previous nights orders will be dispatched.

4:00 pm - All the days orders will be dispatched.

Saturday

11:00 am - All the previous nights orders will be dispatched.

Parcelforce dispatch times are Mon- Fri PM.

Promise and Understanding

All orders received after the Saturday postal run will be dispatched on the following Monday unless its a Bank Holiday in which case it will be the next working day.

If you place your order before the times above we will try our best to have your goods packaged and sent on its way to you.

ODL Packaging cannot be held responsible for any postal delays you may encounter, the above is for guidance only.

ODL Packaging relies on the postal services to provide us and our customers with a service we are all happy with.

We have never broken our promise that we will dispatch any order out within 24hours of one being placed (MON-FRI).

If you are suffering a long delay please let us know and we will do all we can to help.

Return Policy

1. In the unlikely event of an item needing to be returned to ODL Packaging, the customer must contact ODL Packaging and all items must be of the same quality as originally sent and within 14 days of receipt of the goods.

Error by ODL Packaging

The customer is liable for all return postage and packaging fees, if ODL Packaging on receiving the returned item find the item to be faulty or as other than as described we will refund the return fees and offer a full refund or a replacement order which will be of the customers choice.

Error by Customer

The customer is liable for all return postage and packaging fees, ODL Packaging on receiving the returned item will offer a full refund minus a small charge for handling and packaging and postage charges (These charges will be agreed with the customer before the item is returned), or a replacement item (A small postage and packaging fee will be applied).
