POSTAGE & PACKAGING
We ship every week day. Monday to Friday, your item will be shipped within 24 hours.
All items are suitably packaged. Most cd sets are sent in a jiffy bag. As the item is thin, the risk of damage is minimal.
Chivers type audio books are sent in a large jiffy bag.
Cassettes and large unabridged CD sets are sent in a cardboard box and cosseted inside so they can't move.
I will happily combine purchases to reduce the postage cost, however I can only do this if all items are paid for at the same time on the same invoice, so please await a final invoice if you are buying more than one audio book. YOU PAY ONLY 60p PER ADDITIONAL ITEM PURCHASED & PAID FOR ON THE SAME INVOICE.
COMMITMENT TO SERVICE.
Faulty items will be replaced where possible, otherwise a full refund will be given, including postage and packaging cost.
We DO NOT and will never sell illegal MP3 burned copies.
As our existing customers know, mistakes are sometimes made. If you are unhappy about anything, contact us and we will resolve the problem. We take the view that a customer with a problem is an opportunity to demonstrate how good we are.
Most items for sale are new and pristine. The aim is to describe fully any faults or bumps in the packaging and set the price accordingly. We like listening to audio books ourselves. When you see an item described as "listened to once", it will have been listened to by one of us & will have been treated with care.
The aim is to make you want to come back for more.
TERMS & CONDITIONS.
Payment is accepted via Pay Pal, UK postal order or cheque drawn on a UK bank.
International customers please pay via Pay Pal.
Returns are accepted if you are not satisfied with your purchase within 14 days. The item must be returned unopened. Shipping and handling charges will not be refunded, except where the item is faulty or not as described.
