Payment
- We accept Paypal, credit/debit card, cheque or postal orders
- Cheque payments are subject to 10 working days clearance
- We cannot accept Visa Electron cards for telephone payments
- If you are collecting your item you can pay when you collect
Delivery
- All items are delivered by courier
- Delivery is Monday-Friday
- We aim to deliver all items within 14 days of purchase
- Please include a phone number when ordering
- You will receive an email notification when your item is dispatched
- Items should be delivered within 2 days of dispatch
- If your address is not mainland UK please contact us before ordering
- We are unable to give any indication of delivery time
- We are unable to deliver to Northern Ireland / Ireland
Collection
- Collections can be made Monday-Friday 10am-4pm
- Please contact us before collecting to ensure your item is ready and available for collection
- If you wish to collect on a weekend, please contact us to arrange before collecting
