Descriptions
We try to ensure that all descriptions are accurate. All items are brand new with tags. On the rare occasion that this is not the case, this will be clearly stated in the description. Very occasionally, the item will differ in some small detail from the photograph.
Payment
Ebay requires that you pay for your item within seven days of the end of the auction. We accept the following methods of payment:
· Paypal
· Personal cheque in GBP sterling
· Postal order in GBP sterling
· Bankers draft in GBP sterling

Delivery
All items are sent within two working days after receipt of cleared funds. We are always happy to send to an address other than that given on your Ebay or Paypal account. However, please note that this will mean you have no right to claim through Paypal if for some reason the item goes missing or is damaged en route.
Postage & Packing
Our postage and packing charges include handling and other related costs as well as the actual postage and packing costs. Items are sent double wrapped to ensure they are not damaged and arrive with you safely. Items sent within the UK are sent by Royal Mail first class post. Items sent overseas are sent by Royal Mail Small Packet Air Mail. A Certificate of Posting is always obtained.

Unfortunately, we are only able to arrange collection in person by prior arrangement.
Returns & refunds
If you are not completely satisfied with your item, you may return it within fourteen days for a refund. You are responsible for ensuring that the item comes back to us in the condition it was sent out, tags attached etc, and for the cost of returning the item to us. All we ask is that you enclose a note in the package with your name and address and the auction number. We would also strongly recommend that you obtain Proof of Posting from Royal Mail for returned items.
Lost in the post
It's rare, but unfortunately items sometimes do get lost in the post. If you have not received your item within 15 working days of the despatch date, please let us know. We will make a claim through Royal Mail for a lost item of post. This process takes approximately three weeks. We will either replace your item, or refund your payment as soon as Royal Mail’s investigations are completed.
Quality
We always try to give the highest standard of service and sell goods which are of the best quality. If you have any cause for complaint, please do contact us so that we can try and put the matter right.
Data Protection
We will not pass on any information about you to anyone else. The only exception to this will be if the information is requested by the Police or other legitimate government body.
