What is your returns policy?
●  We offer our customers a 'cooling off' period of 7 calendar days after receipt for all Buy It Now products.
●  We will offer a full refund (less postage costs and restocking charges) via the original payment method.
Items offered via AUCTION, CLEARANCE GOODS and all TICKETS are excluded from this policy, and any returns will remain at our discretion.
●  If the product is sold with a warranty, this is always mentioned within the eBay listing. If your item has developed a fault, please email mail@onlinesalesuk.com and we will be happy to assist you where possible.

How do I return a product to you?
●  In the first instance, we would ask that you send an email to mail@onlinesalesuk.com, providing us with full details of the sale (eBay ID, product, date of purchase, amount paid). We also need to know the reason for the return and detail of any problems with the product/item.

How soon will I need to contact Trust Bargains of my intention to return the item?
●  We must be contacted within 7 days of you receiving the product. This must be via email, as mentioned above.

All refunds are subject to the following
●  Restocking fee: We charge a standard fee of 15% of the item value for items returned within the timescales mentioned above.
●  Postage and packaging charges:  Any postal charges paid will not be refunded.  It is the responsibility of the buyer to return the item using a secure and traceable method and this cost must be met by the buyer.
●  Item condition: We only accept returns where the product is returned as an "unopened box" or "opened box with all original materials".
