Delivery
We use two ways to deliver our items to you.
These are:
Interlink Express
We send the majority of our items through Interlink Express. This is a 24 Hour Next Working Day service. This means that if you buy your item before 12:00 Monday to Friday you will receive it the next working day!
When we dispatch your order we send you an email which contains your unique Tracking Number. You can then visit www.interlinkexpress.co.uk and check the progress of your order!
All items sent through Interlink Express are fully insured for free! So you have no need to worry if your item is broken in transit!
The Royal Mail
We send a small amount of our items through the post. These include Wetsuits and Pool Covers.
Items are dispatched within 24 hours of their purchase which means you can normally expect to receive your items within a couple of days.
Everything that we send through The Royal Mail is insured by us so if it gets lost in the post, we will replace it without any questions!
Payment Options
We are happy to accept payment via Paypal, Personal Cheque or Postal Order. If you decide to pay via Personal Cheque or Postal Order please include your email address so we can let you know when we have received it and when we have dispatched your item. Please allow upto 10 days for your Cheque to clear.
Warranty
All of the products that we sell come with a minimum 90 day warranty provided by the manufacturer. We also provide you with a free helpline for all Intex products so that you are totally covered.
