My items for sale

I sell a variety of different items and do not profess to be an expert in all areas but every item is described accurately and to the best of my knowledge.  If I describe an item as in first class condition, then it is exactly that.  If there is any damage I will describe this accurately.  Being ebay, you cannot handle your item; therefore I will take extra care to ensure I can describe it as accurately and as fully as possible.

Questions on my items

I welcome questions on my items for sale.  Please send your question at least 48 hours before the auction ends as I cannot be sure that I will have time to answer it if you ask a question too close to the end of an auction, but I will try my best to do so.

Paying for your purchase

Please note that from UK bidders, I accept PayPal, personal cheques and postal orders.  Paypal is the only payment option for international bidders.  It would be very much appreciated if you could pay within 7 days of the auction ending (unless by prior agreement).  If payment is not received, I will relist the item and leave appropriate feedback.

My packaging and shipping

There is nothing worse than receiving an item in pieces in the box.  To avoid this happening, I take extra care with my packaging.  I use big bubble, bubble wrap and packing peanuts for almost every item I sell and will use as much as is required to ensure that your item is properly protected for its journey.  My shipping costs reflect the additional care I take with this.  Please check my feedback for the many positive comments that have been made about the care I have taken with packing.  I normally can only get to the Post Office on a Saturday but if you would like an item to be sent quickly, please let me know and I will do my best to do so but larger packages can only be sent on Saturdays.

International bidders – Important Information!

Due to changes in how the Royal Mail charges for packages, certain heavy items and those requiring larger packages may be very expensive to ship overseas (especially to the Americas, Australasia or the Far East).  Please contact me for shipping costs before bidding.

Communicating

I will send your invoice within 24 hours of an item ending and will email you when I have received your payment.  I will also email you when the item has been sent as you will want to know what is happening with your item once you have paid for it.
