P&A Auto Products Ltd is a small company specialising in supplying the needs of the motor trade, farms and golf courses within Bedfordshire, Hertfordshire and Buckinghamshire.

Our operations are based near to J12 of the M1 (Toddington) from where we make regular visits to our customers with our two vans which act as delivery vehicles and mobile showrooms.  Please note we do not run a retail shop.

Our range includes handtools, workshop consumables, workshop equipment and Fleximex Universal Stretch CV Boots - all at competitive prices.

We operate a postage discount scheme for purchases within the UK.  Details are as follows:

• All our listings show a postage cost and a shipping weight.
• If the total shipping weight of all items purchased exceeds 2Kg and is below 25Kg the carriage cost will only be £7.95 in total. N.B. This offer does not apply to highlands and islands. If in doubt please email us your postcode to confirm the carriage cost.
• If the shipping weight of multiple purchases is below 2Kg purchasers will need to pay the highest postage cost and then 50% of the postage costs of all other items.
• If only purchasing one item the carriage cost is that shown on the listing.

All prices, whether buy-it-now or auctions listings, include VAT - receipt sent with purchase.

If for any reason you are not happy with your item, please contact us within 7 days of receipt to arrange a refund. The only requirements we have are that you return the item within 14 days of receipt in the original packaging and in a saleable condition. Once received and checked, the sale price will be refunded   via the method you paid (please note that post and packing costs cannot be returned in this case).

If you believe the item to be faulty please contact us to arrange a return in order that we can investigate the problem: we aim to resolve matters within 7 working days. Once confirmed we will refund you the amount you paid including post and packing costs.
