We do everything possible to protect your personal information to ensure a safe, worry-free shopping experience. This can include your name, address, financial information etc. We will not collect any personal information without your knowledge. We will not sell, rent or give your personal information to any third parties without your consent.
2. Payment
PAYPAL - We recommend PayPal as the quickest and safest method of payment on eBay. You can make an instant payment to our PayPal account ensuring a quick dispatch!
CREDIT CARD - If you do not have a PayPal account or would prefer to pay by credit card you are welcome to do so. Please email us for instructions at olsequipment@aol.com.
We can also accept cheques, postal orders and bankers drafts although these can delay the dispatch of your purchase. Please email us for more information. Cheques should be made payable to Online Sports Equipment Ltd.
3. Delivery
Youonly pay one delivery charge no matter how many items you purchase
We aim to dispatch all purchases within 48 hours of completed payment, which is why we ask that you allow 4-5days for delivery. If you do not receive your item in this time please email us and we will be happy to help locate the parcel. If you require your purchase in a hurry, please let us know and we should be able to arrange a quick delivery, although extra costs may apply.
We ask all customers to be thorough when providing address and contact details to minimize risk of any delivery problems. Our delivery charges vary depending on the product and our chosen courier is DHL.

4. Warranty
We offer a 1 year warranty as standard on all of our products unless otherwise stated. This will cover any damage or breakage deemed to be of manufacturing fault. We will always ask for a product to sent back to us for testing to determine the nature of the fault. We cannot cover damage or breakage which is deemed to be as a result of fair wear and tear. Upon inspection of the product, we will offer either a replacement product or a refund depending on the nature of the fault and our current stock of that particular item. All claims under warrantee will include the refund of any postage costs incurred by the customer relating to the return of the faulty item and despatch of any replacement.
5. Returns Policy
We are confident that you will be happy with your purchase from us. However, if for some reason you are not and decide you wish to return the item then you are welcome to do so and you will receive a FULL REFUND. We do ask you to consider the following requirements to ensure you are eligible for the full product refund:
1. You will first contact Online Sports Equipment at olsequipment@aol.com where we will do what we can to help. 2. The product is in the original condition in which you received it, and all parts are included. 3. The box is not excessively damaged or torn, but opened as it should have been. 4. The buyer is responsible for the return postage costs, which may include our recommended courier. 5. The product is returned within 7 days of receipt. 6. The full cost of the products may be refunded but will not include delivery charges.
