What do we do? Pilotfishpens sell Parker, Waterman, Papermate and Sharpie pens. We also sell Dymo labelmakers and papuro hand made leather journals. We only buy direct from the manufacturers and all our products are genuine and brand new. Because we buy in such large quantities we can pass the heavy discounts on to our customers We have been trading on Ebay for over 4 years under the name of Pilotfishtrading (follow the link below). In 2009 we decided to split off the pens and writing instruments from all our other products. As you can see from the 80,000 plus feedback under Pilotfishtrading (100% positive), we like to think we provide a pretty good service. Our regular customers know that we sell on Ebay and elsewhere on the net, selling tens of thousands of Pens per year

Combining PostageWe will always combine postage to reduce shipping costs as far as possible. Buy all the items you want, but do not checkout or pay. Wait for us to combine the invoice to reduce the shipping costs (we try to do this as soon as we can), then pay.
It is difficult for us to say exactly the shipping cost of extra items as we ship items from a few grammes to 2Kg, but we will reduce the cost as far as we can.
Returning goods
Occasionally something goes wrong, or our customers have a change of heart and don't like the products we ship (difficult to believe but it does happen!)
Please contact us before you return the item so that we can try to sort it out. If you have to return the product to us, then include a note stating the reason. If the item is faulty or misdescribed, then we will pay for the return postage and replace or refund in full, including all postage costs. You are entitled to return any item to us within 14 days of purchase for any reason. Unless the item is faulty or misdescribed, we will refund the cost of the items, but we will not refund any postage costs as these are committed costs.
