ABOUT US

Playchapter is managed by one young couple who were based in Singapore. We starts selling at eBay on the 1st August 2008.
We used to sell on Yahoo auctions Singapore. Due to the current technical difficulties Yahoo is experiencing right now, we decided to try eBay out.

What products we sell?
Playchapter offers a complete line of mobile phones, PDAs, gaming consoles, MP3 players accessories to accommodate all your needs. We have a wide range of products which includes crystal cases, silicone soft cases, screen guards, handsfree headsets, bluetooths, batteries, chargers, stylus, pouches, skin wraps, adapters, cables, car holders, etc.

We know that our customers look forward to receiving their items as quickly as possible. We take great pride in meeting our customer needs in this regard. We attempts to keep all items listed in stock and ready to ship at all times, because of this we are able to ship most orders within one business day after payment received. Orders are shipped everyday, Monday to Saturday excluding holidays. Orders that have verified payment received before 11:00pm (Singapore Time) each day are usually shipped the next business day. Due to the large number of products that we offer and the high volume of auctions we run on ebay, we do occasionally run out of stock on an item. If for some reason your item is not in stock at the time of receiving the order, we will make sure we get it as soon as possible and ship your order the minute it is received. If we are out of stock on an item in your order and is unable to get hold of it in a short period of time, we will offer a full refund of the item and ship the remaining items in your order.

I am unable to control how the package is handled after it leaves my care, I will try my very best in packaging all orders to with-stand the normal abuse packages receive during the shipping process. I will do my best to make sure your package arrives safely and in a timely manner. All items were tested and checked by me personally in 100% good working and brand new condition before sending out.

  • How much is shipping and handling (S&H)?
    The shipping and handling costs will be clearly noted on the auction item page.
  • Once I paid for an item and receive confirmation on payment cleared, when will the orders arrive at my place?
    We attempts to keep all items listed in stock and ready to ship at all times, because of this we are able to ship most orders within one business day after payment received. Orders are shipped everyday, Monday to Saturday excluding holidays. Your orders will takes about 2 to 3 business days to arrive at your place within Singapore.
  • What if the product I received is defective?
    All products are guaranteed against manufactures defect for a period of 7 days from original date of purchase. Warranty does not include damage caused by abuse or misuse, normal wear and tear or cosmetic defects that do not affect the performance of the item. Warranty is limited only to the refund or replacement of any product determined by me to be defective. I cannot be responsible for any immediate or subsequent damage caused by the use or misuse of this product. Any product advertised or sold as “used” or “as-is” is not covered under this warranty.
  • Is self collection possible?
    Yes. Self collection (C.O.D) is possible only at our convenience which is located at Blk 394, Bukit Batok West Ave 5. You may contact us via mobile at +65 91009555 to make arrangements to purchase the item personally.
  • What if my orders were lost during the process of mailing?
    We will not be responsible for lost items in the process of mailing sent via normal mail.
    For registered mail, a tracking ID will be provided to minimise the possiblility of lost mail. You can check the registered article status at http://www.singpost.com/ra/ra_article_status.asp.
