We are an independent plumbing and heating merchant who can supply a vast selection of goods.

We deal with all the major manufacturers and all our goods are brand new with the appropriate manufacturers guarantees.

Our main priority is customer satisfaction and aim to give a smooth transaction from start to finish with your order.

As you can see from our feedback we try to dispatch all orders as quickly as possible but should the rare occasion arise when we have a supply issue,  we will email you at once giving the option of waiting for the goods or a full refund.

 At the time of writing we have not had to do this yet.

We always give positive feedback once payment has been made and would ask that if you are satisfied with our service that you could do the same as feedback is very important to our business.

We are always adding products to our store but if there is something you cannot find then please email us and we can give you a quote and list the product onto our store.
