WHO AM I?

I am Elayne & I am an seller on E-Bay who lives in England. I send all my items direct to you from various Post Offices. I use a daily courier service to take all my items to a post office of their choice. I do not send your items from any overseas locations. The main benefit of this is that my items take a few days to get to you and not a few weeks. All packages are sent with my return address attached and they very rarely get returned to me.

If and when this does happen it usually means that the item was too large for your letterbox and Royal Mail retain your item and leave a request card for you to re-arrange delivery.
