We at Precious1 try and bring you the best quality but least expensive cards on Ebay so compare us to the competition on all Me to You, Character, Football Forever Friends and Musical greetings cards.  We are redoubling our efforts to bring even more top quality cards into our range and we are introducing new lines on a daily basis.  

Just recently we have experienced one or two ebayers who have purchased items and then complained about postage costs, trying to get something for nothing. 

Unfortunately because of Ebay's ridiculous new policy whereby sellers can only leave positive feedback a few unscrupulous buyers feel they can 'threaten' negative feedback after purchase, unless they get unreasonably large discounts.  Sadly the Ebay management have promoted this situation by removing the opportunity for sellers to reply with realistic feedback, leaving the system open to abuse. Once again, another clumsy, thoughtless and poorly executed ruling by the Ebay management!

We would rather you did not bid on our items if you are not prepared to pay the (low) prices quoted on our listings.  We do give nominal discounts on multi-buys but, again please do not buy expecting huge reductions on postage. This is the main reason for non paying buyers, which can create real problems for all concerned.  If in doubt please contact us first via Ebay's 'Messages'.

We have encountered all the usual situations with non paying bidders, items 'mysteriously' lost in the post and difficult buyers!  Of course things do happen, items can genuinely get lost or delayed and none of us are perfect, so we ask that if you have an issue please contact us first and we will endeavour to respond quickly.

If you are an overseas customer, please contact us via Ebay messages before attempting to pay as International postage rates will need to be applied.  This will ensure that there are no problems when we come to despatch your items.

The ebay community are a great bunch and here at Precious1 we enjoy interacting with a wide and varied set of customers from the UK and worldwide.  It's great fun....and yes, challenging at times but we LOVE IT!!

 We are constantly driving down prices on many of these competitive lines and if you find the same card cheaper, let us know and we will attempt to come in at an even lower price!
