Item Description
We always describe all items with complete and honest accuracy. If we know of a problem with an item we will point it out in the listing.
After You Agree To Purchase
Many of our higher value items are on Instant Payment. This means that even after you have clicked 'Buy-It-Now' on the listing page, the item will still remain available for sale until you have completed your payment via PayPal. As soon as your payment has been received by PayPal you will receive a confirmation email from both PayPal and from ourselves.
For all other items, an invoice will be sent to you within 24 hours of your purchase. If you wish to buy additional items please let us know so that we can combine the postage and packing costs and send you one final invoice. Please complete the checkout or contact us within 3 days of the close of the auction to let us know how you will be paying for your goods. Payment should be made within 7 days. If we do not hear from you within those timescales we will send you a reminder. After that time we will open an "Unpaid Item Dispute" with eBay in order to recover our selling costs.
If you have a problem with paying for your item, please contact us and we will do our utmost to help resolve the situation. If we don't know there's a problem, we can't do anything to help.
Payment
For all items other than those which require 'Instant Payment', you will be expected to pay for your goods within 7 days of the close of the auction or Buy-It-Now.
UK buyers may pay by PayPal, Personal Cheque, Banker's Draft or Postal Order. If you are paying by cheque, banker's draft or crossed postal order the item will be dispatched immediately on clearance of your cheque, banker's draft or crossed postal order (normally 8-10 days after receipt).
International buyers - Payment via PayPal only please. No other form of payment will be accepted.
Please note that all auctions are in GB £ Sterling.
Shipping/Postage
Please remember that Postage & Packaging costs are just that - Postage AND Packaging. The P&P charge stated in the listing is not just for the price of a stamp but for all the associated packaging involved in sending out items to ensure that they reach you in absolutely perfect condition. All goods are sent in brand new mailing bags to ensure safe delivery and are packaged discreetly.
All goods will be dispatched within 24-48 working hours after receipt of payment, with the exception of cheque, banker's draft and crossed postal order payments which will require clearance. Please note that goods are not posted on Saturday or Sunday.
UK buyers - All items are sent by First Class Mail or First Class Recorded Delivery and Proof of Posting is obtained for every item. A return address label is attached to the front of the parcel so that in the event of non-delivery the Post Office can return the goods to us. Parcels can be sent by Recorded Delivery if you so wish - please let us know during the Checkout process by selecting the appropriate Postal Service. Any parcels with a total value of over £30.00 will be sent by Recorded Delivery.
International buyers - Items may be sent by Air Mail or Royal Mail International Signed-For up to a value of £30.00. All packages with a total value of over £30.00 will be sent by Royal Mail International Signed-For only.
Items Lost In Post
Very occasionally, parcels do get 'lost' in the postal system. We post all items within 24-48 hours of your order and any loss is entirely down to the postal service and not to any failure on our part. If your parcel fails to arrive after 15 working days (three weeks) then we will complete a Royal Mail claim on your behalf. This procedure does take around 3-4 weeks to complete as Royal Mail will need to contact you as part of their fraud prevention. You will be required to confirm that you have not received your parcel. As soon as their investigation is complete then we will be in a position to refund for the lost goods.
Combining Postage Costs
We will, wherever possible, combine and reduce your postage costs where more than one item is purchased at the same time.
Customs And/Or Import Charges For Overseas Buyers
You, the buyer, are responsible for any and all import or customs charges imposed by your Government when the package enters your country. You may be required to pay such charges before the package is released to you. A correctly completed Customs Declaration (CN22 or CN23) must be attached by us to any package sent outside Europe (ie. the rest of the world) and we will NOT, under any circumstances, illegally falsify any information on the Customs Declaration in order to reduce any import duties payable by you.
Returns
Any problems must be reported to us immediately and returns must be received by us within 14 days of the sale (proof of posting the item back to us may be requested in certain circumstances).
All the items we sell are brand new. Please choose your size and your item carefully and ask any questions before buying as this helps to ensure you receive the correct fit. However if you are unhappy with your purchase, please contact us within 3 days of receiving the item. If we feel it is appropriate for the item to be returned for exchange or refund then we will accept the item back provided only that it comes back in the exact same condition you received it, ie. in pristine and brand new, unworn, condition. It must be received back by us within 14 days of the date of sale.
The item must be returned in all the original unspoilt packaging, with all original tags and labels still attached, so that it is in a perfect re-sellable condition. There must be no traces of smoke, perfume or deodorant or any other odour on the item.
Any tights or stockings being returned with fancy dress outfits MUST NOT have been tried on or worn. For health and hygiene reasons, if they have been tried on, we will not accept any part of the fancy dress outfit back from you. The entire outfit will be returned to you at your expense.
(We are very strict on these conditions so that everybody who buys from us receives a perfect and immaculate item).
The goods will be thoroughly checked on their return to ensure that they adhere to these strict conditions and provided that they do we will exchange or refund the outfit for you. If they do not, the original item will be returned back to you at your expense.
In order to send out an exchange item, we would require a repostage & packaging fee from you. If we have agreed to refund then only the cost of the item will be refunded - postage and packing costs are not refundable.
If you believe the item to be faulty, and it has not been worn, please email us immediately on receipt of the item to let us know of the problem. The item must be returned to us within 7 days of you receiving it and must be in its original packaging with all original tags and labels still attached. We will, wherever possible, exchange the faulty item for the same or equivalent. If necessary, a refund will be given for the cost of the item but postage and packing costs are not refundable.
When returning goods you must, as a minimum, obtain a Certificate of Posting from the Post Office which will be needed in the event that the package is not received by us and a claim needs to be made (such a claim will need to be made by you as the sender of the item). We strongly recommend that you return goods by Recorded Delivery. The goods must be returned to us at your expense and such postage costs will not be refunded by us.
In the event of a refund, the cost of the item will be refunded in full, less the original postage and packing, in the same manner that you originally paid, ie. if you paid via PayPal you will be refunded via PayPal.

Feedback
If you have any problems after you receive your goods please contact us before leaving feedback. Once feedback has been left then the transaction is ended. Assistance will not be given to any buyer who leaves neutral or negative feedback without giving us the opportunity to rectify any problems.
Feedback is left on an automatic reciprocal basis, ie. once you leave feedback for us, feedback will automatically be left for you. |
