Who We Are 

We are a VAT registered Limited Company based in the North West of England and are an authorised service centre for Behringer, Allen & Heath, Mackie, Tapco and Roland (to name a few) to carry out repairs and servicing, warranty and non warranty.  We also stock new and used quality disco and pro audio equipment at competitive prices such as guitars, mixers, lighting, speakers and amplifiers.

Because we're great!  Seriously, as an authorised service centre we literally understand the products  from the inside out.  With over 16 years of repairing audio equipment we have a lot of experience and always available for advice.  Sometimes you know what effect or sound you want but are unsure how to get there and what product you need.  We're always here and with expert knowledge are happy to take you through what is available, suitable, what will work with what and cabling you may need etc etc all within your price range.

As a service centre we offer the best after sales back up you can get, not only for your purchase but also for any other equipment you have too.

What Else We Do 

We don't charge for repair estimates and can often give you an estimate over the phone for a lot of repairs.  Neither will we lead you down the garden path with what we charge, some units are not cost effective for you to have us fix and if so we will let you know before, not after, the fact.  We will also always let you know before we fix something the likelihood of the cost and approximately how long it will take.  How many times have you been in a repair centre where someone says

'Mmmm.....that'll cost you'

'I know you needed it this weekend but the parts are still on their way from Timbuktu'

We can also supply PSUs, custom cables, metalwork, manufacturers spare parts etc.  We can source rare spares for all makes and types of equipment and also make custom units to customer specifications.  We carry a large stock of spares for most manufacturers and hold accounts with pretty much all suppliers of goods.  We also have a "graveyard" of units which we delve into to help customers who own obsolete equipment.
