We have been trading on ebay now for approximately six years, and in that time, we have acquired a wonderful customer base from the four corners of the globe.
Customer Service is a huge priority for us, we like to keep our customers happy at all times, by offering the highest quality jewellery for the best prices possible. We know there are other stockists cheaper than us, but a lot of these other sellers buy in from China, for ultra cheap prices, but low or inferior quality, and more often than not, the item does not last for the purpose it is made for.
We source jewellery from all over the world, but we NEVER compromise quality. We will NOT sell any item, that we wouldn't purchase ourselves, and that's the way it will always be.

The Boring Part
We ask you to allow us 48 hours to send out your item, sometimes this may be sooner, depending on how busy we are.
All items in the UK Mainland are sent 1st class recorded, with the exception of items costing under £4 before p&p, these are sent 1st class standard post.
In the event of an item not arriving, please contact us asap, to advise us of the non arrival, and we will try to find out where it is. If the item is deemed as missing in transit by Royal Mail, we will offer you a replacement (providing we have stock - if not, an alternative) or a full refund. We will then file a claim with Royal Mail. You receive your item/refund right away, before any claim is settled by Royal Mail as sometimes this takes weeks/months.
If an item arrives with you broken/damaged, again, please let us know straight away, and we will get a replacement out (stock permitting) or a refund. We will require proof that the item is damaged either by return post, or via photographic evidence.
For UK Mainland ~ Royal Mail insist on allowing 15 working days for 1st class mail to arrive, as per their website.
International Mail, please allow upto 30 working days for your item to arrive, as per Royal Mail's website.
We are very approachable, and always here to help. We understand that sometimes things may not go to plan when purchasing off the internet, in this instance, we hope we can communicate on a friendly basis. We will not tolerate abusive demanding emails, they will not be answered!!
9ct Gold Purchases
When purchasing 9ct Gold, please ensure you read the listing thoroughly. We give an approximate time scale for delivery in each listing, as items are made to order by our goldsmith. Please note that we charge for special delivery p&p due to the fact, this is the ONLY postal option available by Royal Mail, which insures 9ct Gold. Your item will be sent via this method, when your item becomes available from our goldsmith. We keep you updated as and when updates become available regarding a delivery date :)
