I have bought and sold over 1000 items on Ebay, and have perfect feedback.

As a seller I will always...

- Have a genuine reason for selling - I'm not a shop, not on Ebay to make a profit, just to give some of my things a new home as I have a bit of a shopping obsession
- Reply to questions as soon as possible
- Package my items safely so they do not get damaged in the post
- Try to email buyers to let them know I have sent their item, or I write this in feedback.
- Obtain proof of postage for every item I send
- Leave positive feedback

As a buyer you can expect...

- Payment as soon as the auction ends
- Good communication
- Me to leave positive feedback. If I have any issues I will contact you before leaving feedback.

I do not offer refunds on items I sell, as I am only using Ebay to sell some personal things usually after a clearout - I am not a business.

I do not sell faulty items, or items in a condition that I would not like to receive myself. My house is smoke free, I do have a cat but he rarely goes in the room where my Ebay items are stored.
