Combined Purchases

We offer a combined P & P discount on any items purchased within a 7 day period. To qualify for our combined P & P discount all purchases must be on the one invoice, paid for at the same time and the delivery address must the the same for each item.

Once you have made your purchases please use the "Request Total from Seller" option, await a combined invoice from us before making payment or completing the eBay check out process. Unfortunately once payment has been made or the check out process completed we are unable to offer you any further savings

In most instances a savings will be made but this depends on the actual weight of the parcel as the P & P is calculated using the Royal Mail published mailing costs. Once your purchases have been made and the request total from seller option has been selected a invoice with a selection of postal options ( relevant to the weight and value of the contents ) will be sent.

Items sent by Recorded 1st or 2nd Class we will insure the contents of the parcel up to £34. The postage cost are not insured. This service is available at cost price of 70p should for any reason the recorded service not be listed as an option please contact me using the contact seller button on the listing from which you made your purchase and I will add this as an option on the final invoice, or you may add 70p ( actual cost price for this service ) when you make your payment.

Items sent using Royal Mail Special Delivery are fully insured with a guaranteed next day delivery. If for any reason delivery is not made , Underground Fashions will reimburse the full cost of purchase(s) and postage, or send a replacement item(s). Please consider this option for higher value goods over and combined purchases.
Postage to International destinations

Postage and packaging is quoted using the Royal Mail Airmail service. Although this service is very efficient it is not a guaranteed service. Should an item get damaged or lost in transit compensation up to but not exceeding £34 may be available when claimed through the Royal Mail - however this is at the discretion of the Royal Mail and it is a lengthy process so please bear this in mind should in the very rear occasion an item gets lost in transit. Please be aware postage costs are not covered by the Royal Mail should a claim be placed.

International signed for service ( Recorded Delivery ). This service is available for most international destinations where the buyer requires a tracking number for their parcel and insurance against loss or damage whilst in transit. This service offers insurance coverage for loss or damage up to £34 but can be extended again at cost price. Compensation levels vary for this service so should you purchase be over £34 this would be advised, please contact us for pricing to extend coverage if required

Royal Mail aim to deliver to UK addresses within 1 day depending on the postal service used. However this is not a guaranteed time frame and delays can occur, especially at peak periods, which is completely out of our control.

However this is not a guaranteed time frame and delays can occur, especially at peak periods or by goods being held by Customs, which are both completely out of our control.

Purchases that do not arrive within the following time frame are classed by Royal Mail as officially lost. It is Royal Mail who have stipulated these time frames, not us, therefore they will not investigate any possible loss before this time frame. Please bear in mind claims for compensation from Royal Mail can be a lengthy process, especially when an item has been sent to an address outside the UK.

After this time frame, Underground Fashions will make a claim on behalf of the buyer. This process involves supplying Royal Mail with full details of the transaction, name and address details contact phone number etc of the buyer together, with details of the item and costs etc.
It is important to note that during Royal Mail’s investigation, they usually ask the buyer to confirm non delivery. If Royal Mail do not get a response from the buyer they will assume the item has been delivered and will not pay compensation to us as the seller, which means we cannot refund the purchase price to the buyer.
Once Royal Mail have received a response from the buyer and have satisfied themselves that the item is officially lost, they will issue a refund to us and we in turn can then refund the buyer. Sadly this whole process is very lengthy and long winded and can take some time, but we have to abide by Royal Mail’s regulations.
Please Note: Royal Mail will only compensate goods up to a maximum value of £32, unless additional Postal Insurance has been purchased. An offer to provide a quote for additional Postal Insurance is sent in the initial email we send when goods have been purchased from us.
Return Policy
Goods received faulty or damaged in transit - These must be reported within 7 days. So please check your purchase / purchases when received.

Underground Fashions will endeavour to replace, if applicable / pending stock availability, or refund items received in a damaged condition. Although this rarely occurs as every item is thoroughly checked when received into stock and again before despatching including all zips and closures especially to ensure all items are received in a perfect condition. Should damage have occurred in transit please retain all packaging as this is often requested by the Royal Mail or carrier used when placing a compensation claim. Any damages incurred in transit should be reported to Underground Fashions within 24 hours of receipt. The Royal Mail or alternative carrier if used will then by contacted by Underground Fashions to request the necessary paper work etc. Depending on the size of the item in question either the return of the goods to the carrier or Underground Fashions will be required for proof of damage, this will be assessed on a case by case basis.
A return code must be obtained from Underground Fashions before returning any item. Please CLICK HERE to download & print a Returns form which should be completed and enclosed with your returned item including the return code which you will be emailed to your eBay register email address when I have been notified that you intend to return an item.
It is your responsibility as the buyer to ensure that you check your goods upon receipt, any faults or damage should be reported to us using the eBay messaging system within 7 days of receipt, any claims made after 7 days will not be entered into.
No responsibility is taken for the non receipt of returned goods, so please ensure a recorded signed for service is used in this instance. ( please see note below regarding method of return )
If you are returning a faulty item Underground Fashions will only reimburse the cost of 2nd Class Recorded delivery.
We will NOT cover the costs of 1st Class Recorded or Next Day Special delivery.

Change of Mind
No exceptions Items purchased under an auction styled listing do not qualify under Change of Mind. As most ( not all ) auction styled listings start at 99p , £1.99. All details are clearly stated in the listing description of the item and pictures used in the listings are of the actual items you will receive, so should you be unsure about the product it is advisable not to bid. Should there be a question relating to the item, I am contactable through the eBay messaging system and all questions will be answered within 24 hours.
To qualify under this policy the item to be returned must be purchased from a "BUY IT NOW" listing ( Excluding "Buy it Now" resulting from a second chance offer as above ) in a un-used condition with all packaging and tags attached within 7 days of purchase.
Should any items be returned in a used condition and / or with the tags removed under the CHANGE OF MIND return policy the item will be held until return postage costs are paid for in full and no refund will be made.
A return code must be obtained from Underground Fashions before returning and item. Please CLICK HERE to download & print a Returns Form which should be completed and enclosed with your returned itme including the return code which will be emailed to your eBay registered email address once requested.
The original Postage & Packaging costs are not refundable. The return postage costs are the responsibility of the buyer and care should be taken to ensure the item being returned is carefully packaged and returned in the same condition as received including original packing boxing etc. Underground Fashions reserve the right to refuse a refund should the goods returned be in a used condition and or with tags removed indicating use.
No responsibility is taken for the non receipt of returned goods, so please ensure a recorded signed for service is used in this instance.
Should a fault occur while in use

Should your purchase incur a fault and it is an obvious manufacturing defect rather than damage caused by mis-use or abuse within 7 days of receiving your item ( this is usually calculated by the date you left feedback, in the instance where no feedback is left for what ever reason, the Royal Mail estimated times for delivery relating to the postal service is used to calculate the 7 day return period ) the agent ( manufacture and or supplier ) for the item would cover any replacement costs incurred. ( This includes your full purchase price including P & P costs and any return postage costs incurred by yourself ) In this instance Underground Fashions would require the faulty item to be returned before a replacement item is sent - please contact us to obtain a return code and return mailing address.
If the product is no longer available and the item qualifies under the 7 day return policy your full purchase price including P & P costs and your return postage costs would be reimbursed in the same manner as which it was made. Or if requested by yourself an alternative colour or product of the same value would be sent.
Should your purchase occur a fault which does qualify under the above terms & conditions please contact myself through the eBay messaging under the eBay user ID from which the purchase was made to obtain a return code before returning the item. Please complete the returns form ( see link below ) which includes your user ID, eBay item number and the sales order number found on all email correspondence from Underground Fashions to ensure a speedy reply.

As above it is requested that a Recorded signed for service ( 2nd Class Recorded Delivery ) be used as no responsibility is taken for non receipt of returned goods.
Any items returned without the authorisation of Underground Fashions for what ever reason will not qualify under the set out terms & conditions above and will be retained until the return postage cost is received in full.
Should an item be returned under the fault occurred while in use policy and found not be be faulty by a manufacturing defect the item would be retained until return postage costs are received in full. Should an item returned by yourself be lost or damaged in the post is is the responsibility of the sender being yourself to make any inquiries / claims resulting from the loss or damage.
