Condition & Warranty & Return & Tax policy

7 day DAO warranty, valid from the date you receive. After 7 days No returns or exchanges. Refunds are only given in instances of a defective product and Refund will be for purchase price only. The defective product must be returned and be in the same condition as when it was shipped to receive a refund. Buyer is responsible for return shipping charges and shipping/handling is never refundable. Returns must be made within 7 days from date of receipt of item
Returns made for non-defective merchandise will be charged a 20% restocking fee

Tracking no will be sent through paypal once items get shipped. UPS take 2 to 5 business days to deliver the items and usps first class mail takes 3 to 5 business days to deliver the items, usps priority mail takes 2 to 4 business days to deliver the package. Usps wont update immediately at their website and it takes 12 to 24 hours to track the package once it get shipped. UPS takes 12 hours to track the package once it get shipped.

Feedback Policy: I will leave appropriate feeback when the transaction is completely finished. This mean that Feedback will not be left until you have gotten your items and have left feedback for me.I want to make you happy However this sometimes is imposible,before leaving negative feedback please contact us so we can work out a solution.
