Hello!

My name is Rebecca and I am the owner of Rebecca's Cakes and The Vegan Cake Girl in North London.

I set up my company nearly three years ago after working in a Delicatessen where I was always being asked to make cakes by customers. I am a trained chef, pastry chef and baker.

Try as they might, supermarket cakes do not, in my opinion taste homeamde and if you're too busy to bake yourself or simply don't want to it doesn't leave you with many options!

Every cake I bake is made completely from scratch, freshly to each order and I do not add any preservatives. 

Cakes are my business and that's all you will ever see me selling in my shop!

I have a big range of special diet cakes in the shop. These include diabetic cakes, gluten free cakes and vegan cakes. All of our Vegan Cakes are Registered by The Vegan Society.

I am to give you exactly what you want so please get in touch with me to discuss your requirements, be it a specific request for a cake you like or a particluar service I can offer you to make your purchase smoother.

All cakes are baked in my EHO-registered kitchen and I hold full insurance and hygiene qualifications - unlike a lot of people selling baked goods on EBay!

Remember - I am one of the longest standing cake sellers on EBay. I sold my first Mail Order Cake in December 2006 and am still selling with 100% Positive Feedback this far on!
