Terms and conditions

In all our auctions we have a few terms and conditions in which we stick by, we use these so that you as a potential buyer know what to expect and what not to expect, if you disagree with the conditions then please do not bid. We have done out best to make these terms quick and easy to read unlike some which write pages of terms to hide any nasty clauses, we wish you to know everything with no fuss.

 Auctions

• All auctions must be paid for within 7 days or the bidder must contact me to tell me if there is going to be a delay

• We do our best to describe our auctions as best to our abilities but we will not issue refunds for slight discrepancies

• If you believe the item is not as described and we have agreed this is correct, a refund of the item will be given upon return.

• Post and packing either way will not be refunded

Warranty

• If an item is sold with warranty but a date has not been specified on the auction, the warranty is 7 days from date of signature

• Warranty does not cover damaged in transit items

• Items accepted for refund must be returned for test, if the item is found not faulty, there will be no refund and the

• Customer will need to pay for return shipping

• Refunds are not given for items not wanted

• Dead on arrival's must be notified within 24 hours

• All items must be inspected before signing for goods, if a item has been damaged in transit and this has not been signed as such we can not process a refund

• If an item is damaged in transit, you must notify me within 24 hours.

• All claims take time, anywhere between 4-8 weeks, patients will be required, we can not offer a refund till our couriers have issued it to us.

• All items come with a 0 insurance cover as standard on UK items, all other areas are covered for 5 , if you require extra cover you must request it.

• Europe shipping covers Austria, Belgium, Channel Isles, Czech Republic, Denmark, Finland, France, Germany, Guernsey, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Jersey, Luxembourg, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Spain and Sweden
