UK Buyers

PayPal, Postal Orders or Personal Cheques

In order to comply with eBay’s latest Buyer \ Seller Protection Policy all items over £45 must be sent using Royal Mail Special Delivery or other traceable Courier service.

  This Next Day Insured Service protects both the Buyer and Seller in the unlikely event an item is lost or damaged; in addition we are only covered by Paypal's Sellers Protection Policy if we can supply tracking information in the event an item is lost.

For items under £39, we always obtain a “Certificate of Posting” that has a compensation value up to £39 if Royal Mail agrees to pay out.

  “Recorded Delivery” only has a compensation value up to £39 and in our experience Royal Mail rarely pays out on a claim so we only offer this service for single or combined purchases of between £39 and £45.  It is really only useful for item tracking and delivery status.

If you do not wish to insure your item, we cannot accept PAYPAL as payment because we would fall outside of the PayPal Sellers Protection scheme.

We will need to refund all PAYPAL Payments that don’t include amounts for secure postage when required.

We always pack extremely well using quality materials and always supply a return address; please do not hold our business responsible for Royal Mail's incompetence if the package is lost.  We will do all we can to aid recovery of the item(s) or compensation for loss or damage by Royal Mail.

Buyers from Outside UK

PayPal Only Please

These Insured Services protect both the Seller and Buyer in the unlikely event an item is lost or damaged; in addition we are only covered by Paypal's Sellers Protection Policy if we can supply tracking information in the event an item is lost.

For items under £39, we always obtain a “Certificate of Posting” that has a compensation value up to £39.

  Please note that officially Royal Mail claim that the Certificate of Posting compensation is only valid whilst the parcel is within the UK!

Postage Charges

These are clearly detailed in the “Postage” section of our listing.  Charges include postage, and a small amount for handling and material costs depending on the size and type of item; We always use good quality packing materials and endeavor to post your item within a couple of days of payment being received.   

If you place a bid on one of our items please be aware that you are agreeing to our listing terms and stated postal charges; please do not try and alter them after the auction. All import duties incurred are the responsibility of the buyer. 

Please email us during the auction and enquire if you have a question - we cannot be held accountable for questions you did not ask!

Please be aware before bidding that in the case of a claim for a lost or damaged item by the buyer, we will only pay compensation once this has been received from Royal Mail and they have concluded their investigations; this is in case fraud is detected.

Payment Requirements

 Payment must be received within 7 days of the auction end or the seller has the right to re-list or sell elsewhere. 

In order to claim back eBay charges and also warn other eBayer’s, we will file a “Non-Paying-Bidder” Alert Form if payment is not received within 7 days unless you have emailed with a valid reason.

 Returns Policy 

We offer buyers the opportunity to return any item(s) in original condition within 7 working days if not completely satisfied and receive a full refund for the purchase cost (excluding all postage costs).
