Hi, thanks for being a little nosier than the rest!
My name is John and I own Red Shift Motorcycles, based in the village of Barrow near Bury St. Edmunds, Suffolk.
I started this in 1988 because I was fed up with my job in a factory office and have always loved bikes - ever since that first fateful ride on my brothers PC50!
My bikes include an old Royal Enfield 350 Bullet (which I've owned for 20years!), a Greeves Scottish and a BMW R1150GS. Four Wheels wise I have a soft spot for Land Rovers and currently run a SIIA L.W.B. Diesel.
I've always run things on a bit of a shoe-string (and probably always will!) so prefer ratty bikes earning their living running to work and back, rather than shiny bikes that never get ridden anywhere.
I have always been a member of a local Bike Club - currently the B.S.E. Mad Cows and we put on a couple of damn fine rallies each year- one mid winter and one mid summer plus an Easter Egg Run, a Pet Food Run and a Halloween Party; if you want details on any of these give me a ring. I'm also a member of M.A.G. and the B.M.F. who both do sterling work in their own different ways.
So, all in all a good 'ole boy who deserves your bid on one of his quality bargains! |
