If you want the item left with a neighbour or in a safe place please contact us and tell us as the courier is unable to leave it without our permission. Small Packets: Please note, because of the closure of our local post office, ALL Royalmail items (under 1.5 kilograms) will be dispatched on Tuesday's and Friday's ONLY All small parcels are sent by royal mail or standard parcelforce. Royal mail is normally sent on 2nd class and standard parcelforce takes 3 – 5 working days. Due to quite a few parcels going missing and it coming out of our own pocket, recorded delivery has now been added into some of the postage cost. If your parcel has not arrived please let us know ASAP so we can help find out what has happened…proof of posting is obtained with EVERY package. Claims: If you have not received your item, or the item has arrived damaged, then please tell us within 14 days so that we can replace the item for you if necessary. We will send you an email on the date of dispatch and this tells you when to expect your item. The sooner you contact us with a problem, the quicker it is for us to look into what has happened and sort it out. Returns: Returns should be sent back in original packaging. We are not liable for refunding your return postage costs, nor will we refund your original postage cost unless it is proven that we are at fault. NOTE: ANY returns that are not at fault WILL be paid by the consumer Returns for non-faulty/non damaged items will only be accepted within 7 days of receipt of the item. This does not effect your statutory rights VAT December 2008: Because when we became vat registered we did not add this to our selling prices, the prices stay exactly the same as before this date. Basically, when we were not vat registered and we sold something for say, £30.00 there was no vat to pay. We then became vat registered but instead of then adding 17.5% on top of the £30.00 we swallowed this ourselves, ie the price then stayed at £30.00 which became £25.53 + vat = £30.00 So although you are now only paying 15%, you will still pay exactly the same as before this date. Feedback: We appreciate positive feedback and will always leave some in return. We check all parcels have been received and leave feedback on a weekly basis. If you bid and don’t pay without a valid reason we will leave you a negative feedback and file a non-paying bidder report to ebay to warn others.
