DESPATCH INFORMATION

We aim to despatch items as soon as possible (usually within 24-48 hours), please note if you have ordered a ready made resource (laminated) then these are made to order - we aim to despatch these within 7 days.  We have daily postal collections Monday to Friday  - please be patient, as items sent can take up to 5 working days to reach you from day of sending.  We will confirm that your item has been shipped by email at the end of the day.

3pm is our cut-off time for sending items, if you order after 3pm the earliest your item will be sent is the following day - as long as it is in stock.

Please contact us if your order is urgent and we will do our best to meet your deadline - we can offer other forms of delivery such as first class or courier at a charge.

We will inform you as soon as possible if an item is out of stock - as we also sell on our website and Swindon store this sometimes happens - in this case we will inform you of an approximate wait time.  If you prefer not to wait you can opt for a refund.

 SHIPPING INFORMATION

Please note that we are not responsible for the time it takes for items to be delivered once they are posted. 

We will ask buyers to wait 15 working days in the UK and 25 working days internationally to allow for the item to be delivered (Royal Mail guidelines). We will then investigate the issue and will offer a refund if we are satisfied that the item is lost. Please note that Royal Mail may contact you directly as part of the investigation.
