We have 28 years of business experience under our belt and although we are quite new to the internet market, we have already proved successful and will continue to grow using the solid business ethics that have helped us in 28 years of business.

The main difference between us and others is the personal care and attention to detail we give to you, backed by huge amount of stocks to ensure your product is to you as quick as possible. There are many sellers on Ebay and not all reputable. As the consumer all you can do is use the tools available to you on Ebay to try to make an educational decision on who you choose to buy from.
We take our internet presence very seriously and try hard to keep it as professional as we would want to run a retail store. Customer service and
satisfaction are our main priorities and we will do all we can to try to give you the confidence to buy from us.

We aim to deliver within 48 hours to the UK mainland*
If you are going on holiday or have an urgent need for a product then please let us know when placing your order, and we will endeavour to meet your urgent requirements.
At this time we DO NOT deliver to Northern Ireland or Southern Ireland at this time at the the price of the mainland UK delivery. This is due to the carriage charges incurred for getting a package there.
We do offer a Saturday delivery service and this is charged at £15 extra on top on the usual carriage charge.

Our staff are fully trained in the products that we sell and have personal experience with fitting and using the products. Due to the expansion of the business we are constantly taking on new members of staff who may be a bit green about the products - if this is the case they will be only to happy to pass you onto the expert for that particular product. If you feel at any point that you are still unsure with an answer please ask - no question is too small or silly - there is no such thing as a silly question, just a question that is unanswered!

We operate an exchange service on all faulty items which MUST be reported within 24hs of taking delivery. In the rare occasion this does happen please report as soon as possible to
info@rrdautomotive.co.uk and we will work an exchange as soon as possible. If at any time you are unsatisfied with the service that you have received from
RRD Automotive, please either email or phone us and we will try our utmost to come to a satisfactory conclusion for you.

We choose our suppliers very carefully and investigate the products, quality and availability that they offer. We only sell products that we ourselves would be happy to fit to our cars or use ourselves. Our suppliers include Paddy Hopkirk, Mont Blanc and Town and Country to name but a few. We work together with our suppliers to ensure that as the customer, you will always come first and both quality, price and availability are always top of the agenda.
