why is my package delayed?
1) you might have missed the delivery. if no one is at the address to sign the package upon arrival, postman will leave package at local post office nearest you for pickup. please pick up to avoid package return. (please note that pickup note may not be left in your mail box, so it is good idea to check or call post office to confirm)
2) still in transit due to custom inspection or uncontrollable handling issue.
No paypal account? no problem! RTBU accepts all marjor credit cards (Visa, Master, American Express, Discover)

attention dear Italian shoppers !!!
there is a big reconstruction in custome procedure taking place in
italy. all packages sent to italy are currentlyunder serious inspection.
they have only processed packages up to june 3rd till now (
june 24th). if your your package is shipped after june 3rd. it may
take a long while before it can reach you. i am sorry for the unfortunate
news. it is the law enforcement that's delaying the package. thank
you for your patience in advance.

you can now adjust shipping or seller discount in ebay invoice on
your own after bidding! effective june 14th, 2006
when you make multiple purchase knowing how much the grand total is
with discounts, you will no longer need to ask me to send you ebay
discounted invoice. you can personally change
the shipping cost and add seller discount in ebay invoice base on
the pre-invoice quotation you received. (note: how do you
know how much the grand total is with discount? please email me item
numbers and ask for pre-invoice quotation for your review. also, you
can try to calculate the grand total by the easy formula shown in
the pink table chart below).

Q:
why have i not received my package yet?
A: you probably have missed the delivery when it arrived. package
will require your signature upon arrival. if no one is at the address
to claim upon arrival. postman will drop a pick-up note. if you have
not received the item within normal waiting period (7-10 business
day for regular shipping, 3-5 business day for express), please check
with your post office asap before it is returned back to sender (usually
it will stay at post office for 7 days before it is returned).
Q: what shipping service/company do you use, how do i track my
package?
A: on-line tracking is available only for
EMS (Express Mail Service), NOT
available for regular airmail shipping. for items shipped
by regular shipping, the tracking number we provide on your feedback
may only serve as reference for cases such as lost package, so we
can use that number to claim the lost with post office. for EMS tracking,
pls use the website of the national post office in your country. please
check the chart shown below for some of the frequently delivered countries.
