Q: What is Your Policy on Returns?
Non-Defective Returns
You can return any item purchased at salegalaxy within 15 days for a refund.
As long as the item was not opened and used and is in original manufacturer
packaging. Shipping and handling costs will only be refunded if the return is due to our error. Any returns found to be non-defective are subject to a restocking fee of 15% and all non-product-related fees (shipping, transaction and insurance) are not refundable.
Defective Returns
Should your item require warranty services or is missing parts, please first contact the warranty service provider listed in the Warranty section of the product description (The manufacturer is the warranty provider). If you experience any problem with the manufacturer you can contact us at salegalaxy@aol.com and will make sure your item is corrected or replaced to your complete satisfaction.
