• I will clearly describe as much as I know about the item
• I will provide good images so you can make a good decision about the item
• I will pack the item to ensure it does not get damaged during expected transportation
• I will ship as soon as I can
• I will endeavour to communicate whenever necessary
• You will be dealing with myself
