When can I expect my order to ship?
A: We ship everyday but Saturday
and Sunday. Depending on the time your order was
placed, you can expect same day or next day shipping.

How will I be notified that my order has shipped?
A: A ship notice will be sent to
the email address provided in your PayPal payment notification. If
you use a free mail account, such as Hotmail, Yahoo, or AOL, you will
want to check your spam/junk mail folders .
These accounts often send ship notifications to spam/junk folders.
Q:
What methods of shipping do you offer?
A: For shipping within the United
States we use USPS First Class and/or Priority Mail with Delivery
Confirmation. The method used depends on the weight of your
package. For international shipping we use USPS International
Airmail.
Q:
How long does it take for an order to arrive within the United States?
A: Shipping within the US can take
up to 10 business days, but it is usually much faster.

How long does it take for an order to arrive from the US to an
international country?
A: Shipping times to each country
varies depending on the country. Shipping from the US to Great
Britain and/or Canada can take about 10 business days. Shipping to
Italy, France or Germany can take up to 30 business days and may be
further delayed by customs if a customs form is required.

I have ordered several items and want them shipped
internationally. Can you mark my customs form as a gift?
A: We do not mark customs forms as
a gift. We are a legitimate business with close ties to our local
post office. It would be illegal to mark customs forms as a gift,
and international post offices are beginning to crack down on illegal
customs claims, which could lead to fines being imposed on both the addressee
and sender. Customs/duty charges are the sole responsibility of
the buyer.

I have asked a question about an item, how long should I wait for a
response?
A: We respond to every question
within 24 hours. Occasionally email is lost in cyberspace.
If you do not receive a response from us within the 24 hour time period
please resend your question immediately.
Q:
Do you combine shipping on multiple orders?
A: We do offer combined shipping if
you order multiple items. The combined shipping request must be
made prior to your making payment, or you can simply go through eBay's
checkout process to have shipping combined for you automatically.
We do not provide refunds on shipping if you pay separately for multiple
items, and then send us an email requesting a refund.

What payment methods do you accept?
A: We accept PayPal.

Are the items you sell new or used?
A: We purchase new items directly
from the manufacturer and we do not sell used products.

What is your return policy?
A: We accept returns on all
products except harmonicas (due to possible health hazards) within 7
days of the purchase date. Buyers should contact us prior to
returning a product and the returned item must be in its original
packaging, and be in unused condition. The buyer is responsible for
all return postage costs.

How long will it take to receive feedback on my account?
A: We use an automated system that
will leave feedback for you once you have left feedback for
us.

When I am leaving feedback for a seller, what does "Shipping
Time" refer to on the Detailed Seller Rating section?
A: This refers to the actual time
it takes for a seller to ship your order. The best way to
determine what rating to use for this section is to compare the date you
placed your order and the date your order shipped. With Seismic
Music, we promise your order will ship in 2 business days. If we
kept this promise on shipping time a 5-Star rating is appropriate.
Please keep in mind that sellers have no control over the amount of time
it takes the post office to deliver packages. We can only control
how quickly we get your package out the door. eBay offers sellers
a discount on final value fees at the end of each month if a seller has
Detailed Seller Ratings above 4.8 for each section. If a seller receives
a rating of 4, eBay considers this a failure. Helping sellers keep
their Detailed Seller Rating above 4.8 means that the seller can pass
their savings on to you.

When I am leaving feedback for a seller, what does "Shipping and
Handling Charges" refer to on the Detailed Seller Rating section?
A: Sellers charge a shipping and
handling fee to cover the cost of shipping your package. This fee
covers postage, mailers, labels, flyers, promotional information, ink
for the labels, gasoline to deliver orders to the post office, and the
seller's time to package and ship your order. Excellent sellers
will ship in a timely manner and in professional packaging such as an
un-used box or bubble mailer, provide ship notifications when your
package is shipped, provide tracking where available, and follow up on
questions regarding the whereabouts of a package. If Seismic Music
provided these services for you then a 5-Star rating is appropriate for
this section. eBay offers sellers a discount on final value fees

Are you an Eco-Friendly company?
A: We strive to protect this beautiful
planet we call home. We currently have a Carbon Footprint of 30,
which is well below the national average of 110 in the United
States. We recycle, use Compact Fluorescent light bulbs in every
fixture, drive less than 5 miles per day and bicycle when
possible. All computers and peripheral electronics are energy star
compliant, and we work from our home rather then having a second
office/storefront, thus reducing our carbon footprint further. If
