My name is Eric. I am an Australian born Chinese now staying in Hong Kong to run my nails and accessories business. We started to whole sell our products to European countries since the year of 2000.
My store, Shop4femme was set up by me and my wife, Joanne who is a certified Nail Technician. Our main goal is to provide quality beauty items at the lowest price. Since the year of 2003, we have expanded from traditional distribution channels to eBay. We use a wide range of suppliers to ensure ample choice as well as excellent prices.
Our specialization is in Nail Manicure, False nails, Nail Brushes, Design Books, Nail Art, UV gel system, Acrylic System, Nail Charms and Dangles. After years of expansion, I am sure you will find us as one of the seller with most comprehensive products range in this field. To name a few, we have more than 73 different false nails, 28 different kinds of Nail Art decoration materials, 25 lovely styles of Air Brushed Stencils, 57 hot selling nails manicure accessories, 18 kinds of most popular Rhinestones and ….etc. We are selling more than 300 nails items and the list is continually growing every week. The most common challenge we face selling in eBay is to manage the buying experience from our customers. We try our best to provide the following extras;
- We keep our customers informed as much as possible. We notify buyers when payment received. Notification is via email sending to buyer eBay registered email. If buyer can not receive these emails, you probably need to adjust your email spam filter. We also let them know when the parcel has been dispatched. In case of enquiry, we will answer them as fast as possible, normally within 24 hours.
- We know distance is an issue for some people. That is why we keep our promise to dispatch parcel within 1 day after payment received. The advantage of Hong Kong post office is that it is very reliable, sending to UK and most developed countries normally within 5 days to 1 week. However, we still want to manage our customer expectation to be a little conservative to state delivery should be expected from 7 to 14 days.
- We also offer bulk purchase promotion for those buying a lot. If buy more than 5 items or net amount worth more than £20, we will send you the parcel by air registered mail with no additional cost. A tracking number will be provided upon request which is traceable in Royal Mail web site.

I think our feedback also reflects for how customers see our service. I am sure not many sellers in eBay will have 99.99% feedback after 5 years of service. |
