Welcome to the About Me page for Silvermoon Clothing, the eBay store which stocks all your favourite high-street brands at a fraction of the high-street prices.  I began selling on ebay about a year ago as a way to manage work around my busy family commitments, and it's one of the best thingsI have ever done - I LOVE it!  My two teenage daughters are in seventh heaven when a new delivery arrives here and, as I am sure you can imagine, not all of the stock makes it to the shop for sale..... :-)

I try to focus on providing customers with very good quality, reasonably priced, fashionable clothes from some of the top retailers, but also I feel it is just as important to provide good buying experience for the customer.  That is why I have a no-quibble returns policy on all items.  If your item is damaged or mis-described we pay return postage costs, and if your item is lost in the post we give full refund and claim back from Royal Mail at our end.   I try to ship as quicky as possible (there is nothing worse than watching out for the postman to arrive, only to have him walk by without stopping - or worse, deliver some bills!).  I send out all purchases carefully wrapped in acid-free tissue and in a strong, sealed clothing bag.  I would like customers to feel that they have had a good overall experience when buying from Silvermoon Clothing.
