I accept all payment methods, goods will shipped on recepit
of payment in to paypal. Paypal is of course best as this gives you buyer
protection. I recognise that some people don't like Paypal so if you want
to pay in a different way just message me first. We can always work something
out.

Delivery
The most important
thing is we post daily :) If you're wanting more than one item: don't pay
straight away and I will make a combined invoice either through eBay or Paypal.
We ship WORLDWIDE to the registered Paypal address If you need a special
delivery service just message first and we can arrange that for you. For example
Priority Airmail called Airsure or next day delivery. If you have any special
postage / packing instructions let me know. Contact us on service@silverspellsinger.com
All orders are packaged carefully, to
date we have had only positive feedback and so take this a recognition of the
time we spend on ensuring your orders arrive in excellent condition.
We also now send everything recorded
and so our prices reflect this charge as well as packaging.
We use Royal Mail, Parcel Force, and
My Hermes.
We do not profit on P&P, you can
check prices on their sites below:
We welcome orders from all countries. Please be aware
that our delivery times are longer then domstic shipping to around 10 -
20 business days. We also use DHL International Express, there may be
surcharges if you live in a remote area. Please check with us first as eBay
stated price is a guide only. For certain Countries insurance is compulsory. Not
all of our stock is available for overseas, in most situations if you message us
we can send you an estimate of shipping fees.
We welcome orders
from Soldiers Abroad, our parcels have reached them in a timely manner, see our
feedback.
Returns
Happy for returns, on receipt of goods will refund. Please contact us first as we may be able to
help in unexpected ways and give te the returns address. We will always go that extra mile
for you. We don't believe in problems we believe in solutions. Please note all
returns must be sent recorded.

need to keep order information for a number years as per tax
